Description

How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?

Distinguish the original problem from the eventual resolution. Do not submit multiple contradictory reviews to force visibility.

What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?

Avoid making another attempt while the possible duplication is unresolved. Resolve the duplication from documented order records and confirmed seller actions.

What information should I review in a product description?

Check that the description belongs to the exact item and option you are considering. A missing detail should be treated as unknown rather than automatically included.
