Notice of Infringement – Claim

- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;

- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material;
- A statement asserting the accuracy of the notification and the authority to act.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
