What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?

Check the response information published for the contact channel you used. Confirm that your message was sent to the appropriate seller or support contact.

What should I check when one order contains several different products?

Check whether one unavailable part affects the rest of the order. Look at the complete cost allocation if different charges apply.
